NPCI - Senior Associate - Data Analytics & Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate who will play a critical role in driving business intelligence and data analytics capabilities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and presentation, with a proven track record of driving business insights and decision-making.

Key Skills/Tech Stack :

- Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize various data sources, including databases and data warehouses, to analyze and report on key business metrics and trends.

- Business Intelligence : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other tools to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Data Mining and Visualization : Apply data mining techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

- Technical Skills : Leverage technical skills, including Python, SQL, and data analytics tools, to optimize data analysis and reporting processes.

- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

- UPI and Payment Systems : Demonstrate understanding of UPI (Unified Payment Interface) and other payment systems and apply knowledge to analyze and report on payment trends and insights.

- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data analytics tools.

- Strong understanding of SQL and database management.

- Familiarity with data mining and visualization techniques.

- Experience with Python and other programming languages.

- Strong understanding of UPI and payment systems.

Job Responsibilities :

- Drive business intelligence and data analytics capabilities within the organization.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data analytics tools.

- Strong understanding of SQL and database management.

- Experience with Python and data mining/visualization techniques.

- Understanding of UPI and payment systems.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have :

- Certifications in data analytics or business intelligence.

- Experience in the financial services or payments industry.

- Advanced skills in machine learning.
