Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist (Technical Lead) with 10+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in LWC, Apex, integrations (REST/SOAP), and solid understanding of declarative/custom development.

You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Develop custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.

- Configure and customize standard Salesforce Service Cloud features.

- Perform unit tests, code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams.

- Create and maintain technical documentation as required.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform.

- Strong proficiency in LWC, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce.

- Experience in Service Cloud implementations and site development.

- Hands-on experience in REST/SOAP API integrations, named credentials.

- Knowledge of custom metadata, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future), platform events.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
