Responsibilities:

- Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance applications using the Nodejs and Typescript.

- Own the technical strategy for broad or complex requirements with insightful and forward-looking approaches that go beyond the direct team and solve large open-ended problems

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring best coding practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications as needed.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.

- Assign tasks, review code, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, team evaluations, and skill development sessions.

- Facilitate collaboration between team members and encourage a positive work environment.

- Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members as the team expands.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, conducting sprint planning and daily standups.

- Maintain proper documentation of technical architecture, development processes, and system updates.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript

- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

- Understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration using Kubernetes

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
