Nokia UIV Developer - Wireless Technologies

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Nokia UIV Developer with deep expertise in telecom inventory systems to drive end-to-end delivery of Unified Inventory (UIV) solutions.

This role requires strong technical capabilities across UIV architecture, integrations, and data models, along with hands-on experience in customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Nokia UIV-based inventory solutions

- Lead end-to-end delivery, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, and deployment

- Work closely with customers and stakeholders in solutioning and technical discussions

- Configure and customize UIV iHub, reconciliation rules, and Drools-based rulesets

- Develop and maintain UIV data model, action codes, and reports

- Build and manage integrations with OSS/BSS systems, including Assurance platforms

- Implement and consume TMF APIs (TMF 638 & TMF 639)

- Support data migration from legacy inventory systems to Nokia UIV

- Develop Java-based adapters for discovery and reconciliation processes

- Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity

- Participate in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for UIV deployments and releases

- Provide support for production issues and system enhancements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Nokia UIV or equivalent COTS inventory platforms

- Strong telecom domain knowledge across wireline and wireless technologies

- Hands-on expertise in UIV iHub, reconciliation rules, and Drools rule engine

- Deep understanding of UIV data model and action code development

- Experience in both front-end and back-end UIV implementations

- Strong experience with OSS/BSS integrations

- Hands-on experience with TMF APIs (638 & 639)

- Proficiency in Java development

- Experience with data migration from legacy systems

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MariaDB, MySQL, etc.)

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
