Nokia NOrC Developer - Orchestration Technologies

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Nokia NOrC Developer with hands-on experience in network orchestration and telecom workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Nokia Orchestration (NOrC), along with solid development skills in Java and modern orchestration technologies.

This role involves working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end orchestration solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end orchestration workflows using Nokia NOrC

- Work on BPMN-based workflow design using Camunda

- Develop and maintain catalogs, orchestration flows, and design documentation

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in customer-facing environments

- Build and integrate solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture

- Work with Apache NiFi, Kafka, and JSON-based integrations

- Implement and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes

- Utilize Ansible for automation and configuration management

- Manage and optimize database interactions (MariaDB)

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of orchestration solutions

- Integrate NOrC with Nokia Network Management (NM) systems and OSS/BSS ecosystems

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in telecom software development and orchestration

- Strong hands-on experience with Nokia NOrC (Network Orchestration)

- In-depth understanding of NOrC architecture and functional components

- Strong experience in Java (Advanced), JUnit, and Spring Boot (2.x)

- Hands-on experience with BPMN workflows (Camunda)

- Experience with Apache NiFi, JSON processing, and JEXL

- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka

- Experience with MariaDB or similar relational databases

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible

- Good understanding of telecom domain and workflow orchestration

- Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder collaboration
