Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Node.js and Microservices Architecture to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud technologies, REST APIs, CI/CD, and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure applications using Node.js and Microservices Architecture.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable backend services following industry best practices.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs, backend services, and enterprise-grade applications.

- Decompose monolithic applications into independent microservices using modern architectural patterns.

- Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Bounded Context, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Event-Driven Architecture, and Polyglot Persistence where applicable.

- Develop scalable integrations and contribute to iPaaS platform development.

- Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar.

- Design and optimize database schemas for both relational and NoSQL databases.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

- Drive engineering excellence through automation, best coding practices, and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 35 years of hands-on experience in software development and backend engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Solid experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications.

- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, and Software Engineering principles.

- Experience building RESTful APIs with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and scalable application design.

- Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as :

1. PostgreSQL

2. MongoDB

3. MySQL

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with messaging/event streaming platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, and application monitoring tools.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UI/UX fundamentals.

- Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns and iPaaS platforms.

- Exposure to Java or Python development.

- Knowledge of AI/ML platforms or data analytics solutions.

- Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub profile.
