Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with strong hands-on development experience and the ability to independently handle client interactions, architecture decisions, and team guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end backend development using Node.js with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on project experience

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using AWS architecture

- Act as the primary technical and functional point of contact for client communications

- Gather business requirements directly from clients and translate them into technical and design specifications

- Guide and mentor the development team on technical implementation and best practices

- Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues within defined SLA timelines

- Work closely with external systems and interfaces to analyze, triage, and resolve issues

- Translate external requirements and issues into design changes and code fixes for the team

- Quickly debug code and data to respond to queries raised by external stakeholders

- Handle multiple priorities while providing technical and functional leadership

- Act as a Functional Pivot for the application, ensuring alignment between business and technology

Essential Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js (4+ years)

- Proven experience working with AWS architecture

- Experience handling client-facing roles independently

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to guide teams both technically and functionally

- Experience in production support and SLA-driven environments

Desirable Skills :

- AWS Certification (preferred)

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
