Node.js Developer - Javascript

Key Responsibilities :

API & Service Development :

- Design, develop, and implement robust APIs and RESTful services using Node.js.

- Work extensively with AWS API Gateway and Lambda Functions to build scalable and efficient backend solutions.

- Apply strong understanding and experience in the usage and implementation of JWT tokens & access control for secure API development.

- Utilize Node, Express, and REST for effective API design.

Database Management :

- Produce high-quality code consistently.

- Identify application security risks and implement security patches and procedures.

- Implement and improve application logging services.

- Collaborate with the QA Team to develop testing protocols to identify and correct challenges.

Collaboration & Problem Solving :

- Possess strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Key Skills :

- Node.js (4+ years of experience in developing APIs and RESTful services)

- JavaScript

- AWS API Gateway & Lambda Functions

- JWT tokens & access control for API Development

- Node, Express, REST (Design experience)

- MongoDB

- GitHub (or other version control tools)

- Application security best practices
