Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Node.js applications.

You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences and contribute to the overall success of our platform. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of our talent acquisition solutions, benefiting both our clients and the candidates we serve.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Node.js applications for our talent acquisition platform.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL, optimizing performance and scalability.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability, minimizing bugs and improving maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to coding standards, promoting best practices within the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance, maintaining a stable platform for our users.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, enhancing team efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying Node.js applications with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.

- Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures, enabling efficient handling of concurrent requests.

- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, optimizing data storage and retrieval.

- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Mocha, ensuring code quality and reliability.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, enabling efficient identification and resolution of issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Mumbai.
