Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on experience in building high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs / GraphQL for scalable and secure systems.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through best practices and code reviews.

- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and databases.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of backend systems.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of professional experience in Node.js development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Proficient in API development, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

- Good understanding of unit testing & automation frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React/Angular) for full-stack collaboration.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
