Position : Node.js Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer (4 to 7 years) to join our team on a contractual basis.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend solutions, building efficient APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

This role requires 2 days per week Work From Office and offers flexibility for the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js.

- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with front-end, QA, and product teams for seamless integration.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in coding and security.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for high-traffic applications.

- Integrate with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.

- Proficiency with frameworks like Express.js, Nest.js, or Koa.

- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and web security.

- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to GraphQL or message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
