Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester (Software Development Engineer in Test SDET) to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.

The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks

- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and define test strategies

- Develop and execute automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Review test cases and provide feedback to improve test coverage

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning

- Ensure quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

- Mentor junior QA/automation engineers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 3+ years of experience in test automation or SDET roles

- Strong programming skills in languages such as : Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#

- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as : Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or TestNG

- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks :

REST Assured, Postman, or SoapUI

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC

- Experience with version control systems (Git)

- Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc
