Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

You will act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, driving collaboration and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects according to scope, timeline, and budget.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, operations, and business analysts.

- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively mitigating potential impacts.

- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.

- Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and clients as needed.

- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.

- Support budgeting, procurement, and contract management activities related to projects.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or software development environments.

- Strong technical understanding of software development, infrastructure, or IT operations.

- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus
