About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Data Analyst to work with one of the leading BFSI players.

The ideal candidate brings strong Loans / Retail Banking domain expertise along with hands-on skills in SQL, Reporting, and Datawarehousing concepts.

This is a client-facing role where you will drive insights that shape key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.

- Develop and maintain reports & dashboards for business stakeholders.

- Apply datawarehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.

- Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics.

- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics.

- Hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging).

- Solid understanding of Reporting concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).

- Knowledge of Datawarehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact/dimension tables, etc.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
