Job Description:

Provide advanced administration, configuration, and troubleshooting support for Nginx and WAS environments, ensuring optimal system performance, stability, and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and troubleshoot Nginx server configurations and performance issues.

- Configure and optimize reverse proxy setups, load balancing, routing rules, and SSL/TLS configurations.

- Perform performance tuning (caching, compression, worker settings).

- Handle incident calls, conduct in-depth technical analysis, and provide resolution.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.

- Implement change requests, deployments, and configuration updates.

- Administer and troubleshoot WebSphere Application Server (WAS) environments, including IHS & WAS installation, application deployment, cluster/node management, and JVM tuning.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Tech Stack:

- Nginx, WebSphere (WAS/IHS), Linux, Shell Scripting, SSL/TLS, Load Balancing, JVM Tuning, Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus).
