The Senior Data Analyst and Power BI Expert will be based in Hyderabad, India.

In this position, you will report to the Logistics Implementation Manager.

The Senior Data Analyst and Power BI Expert will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves leading complex data analysis projects, developing robust data models, and transforming business data into actionable insights.

The successful candidate will be a data storytelling expert with strong analytical skills and deep expertise in Power BI and data visualization tools.

Here Is a Glimpse Of What Youll Do :

Data Analysis & Business Insights :

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.

- Develop and maintain analytical models, KPIs, and dashboards to measure business performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

- Design and execute data validation, quality control, and reconciliation processes.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through clear, impactful reports and visualizations.

- Support predictive and statistical modelling initiatives in partnership with data engineering and data science teams.

Power BI Development & Data Visualization :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports tailored for executive and operational use.

- Implement data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations to optimize performance.

- Integrate multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud data services, etc.) into unified BI solutions.

- Establish best practices for Power BI deployment, data governance, and version control.

- Collaborate with IT to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data access.

- Train and mentor business users and junior analysts in Power BI and data visualization techniques.

Here Is Some Of What Youll Need (required) :

- Bachelors degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.

- Strong proficiency in Data querying (SQL) and Data manipulation (Excel, Power Query, or Python/R).

- Proven experience in data modelling, cleansing, and transformation.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver business insights from large and complex datasets.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
