Job : DevOps Engineer

Location : Chennai (Work from Office 4 days per Week.)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in Python, Shell script, and DevOps to design, develop, and deploy Infrastructure solutions. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable infra architecture and solutions that drive insights and decision-making.

Technical Skills Must Have :

- 5+ years : Strong Linux knowledge on multiple platforms (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE).

- 1+ years : Experience in use of Kubernetes.

- 1+ years : Experience with OpenShift Virtualization.

- 1+ years : Experience with automation tools such as ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Ansible.

- 2+ years : Experience in use of container technologies.

- 3+ years : In-depth use of Cloud-based PaaS and IaaS (GCP preferred).

- 2+ years : Experience with GIT and CI/CD pipelines (Tekton preferred).

- 3+ years : Experience in programming with languages such as Python, Node.js, JavaScript, shell scripting.

- 2+ years : Experience in application and RESTFUL API development.

- 2+ years : Experience with multiple databases such as SQL, Oracle, DB2, Postgres, Mongo.

- 2+ years : Experience with automated testing, code quality, and security tools such as Cycode, 42Crunch, Checkmarx, Sonarqube, etc.

Soft Skills Required :

- Pairing with team members occasionally required.

- Must be able to work on a Global team.

- Exceptional technical writing skills (run books, DR plans, platform architecture, etc.).

- Ability to work with a variety of cross functional teams to support deployment to remote locations across the global.

- Must be a self-starter, capable of working independently and within a team with minimum supervision.

- Must have good communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
