Network Technical Lead

Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for technical delivery of his expertise.

- Escalation point for L3 which is in charge.

- L1.5, L2, L3 skills validation responsibility.

- Following the defined rules & procedure backup of the Tower lead during holidays / Days Off.

- Could be on duty for specific transformation during no business hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.

- Experience multi-site or international is highly desirable.

- Experience in complex environment.

- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis.

- Proven track record overseeing Network: Zscaler Internet Security, Remote Access, DLP, Partner accesses.

- Certification: Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer.
