Job Title : Professional Services Engineer (PSE)

Location : Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid - 3 days/week from office)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Professional Services Engineer to join our network engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced networking technologies, network security, Linux/Solaris administration, and scripting.

You will be responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting complex networking solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade network solutions.

- Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues across multi-vendor environments.

- Work on implementation, integration, and support of networking and security solutions.

- Perform network performance analysis, monitoring, and optimization.

- Utilize network management and monitoring tools for fault diagnosis and reporting.

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop scripts to automate routine operational tasks and improve efficiency.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in TCP/IP, MPLS, and BGP.

- Solid understanding of network security concepts and technologies.

- Hands-on experience with SNMP, network management, and network testing tools.

- Strong working knowledge of Linux and/or Solaris Operating Systems.

- Experience in scripting using Shell, Python, Bash, or Perl.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in customer-facing technical support or professional services roles.

- Knowledge of enterprise networking products and solutions.

- Relevant networking certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are an added advantage.
