Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Define and execute a multi-year network strategy aligned with business growth, digital transformation, and cloud adoption.

2. Lead the design and implementation of a secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise network architecture.

3. Drive network modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, zero-trust architecture, automation, and AI-driven operations.

4. Ensure alignment of network strategy with overall technology, security, and regulatory requirements.

5. Establish a security-first approach to network design, addressing vulnerabilities and implementing robust cybersecurity practices.

6. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards, and support audit and risk management requirements.

7. Oversee network resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to minimize operational risk.

8. Lead and manage third-party network operations, ensuring service quality, SLAs, and performance metrics are met.

9. Drive automation, proactive monitoring, and AIOps adoption to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

10. Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to enable seamless integration of on-premise and cloud networking environments.

11. Manage network budgets, cost optimization, and vendor relationships including contract negotiations.

12. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI-driven networking and next-generation connectivity solutions.

13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across internal teams and partners.

14. Ensure governance processes for demand, capacity, and asset management are effectively implemented and maintained.

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

2. Extensive experience in enterprise networking, including leadership roles in strategy, transformation, and operations.

3. Strong expertise in modern network technologies including cloud networking (AWS/Azure), SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust architectures.

4. Deep understanding of network security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in complex environments.

5. Experience in network automation, AI-driven operations, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

6. Proven ability to manage third-party vendors, outsourcing models, and large-scale network operations.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Industry certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, CISM, or cloud networking specializations.

2. Experience with large-scale technology migrations, integrations, or transformation initiatives.

3. Exposure to AI-driven network security tools, automation frameworks, and emerging technologies.
