Job Description

Experience Required : 12+ years.

Location : Gurugram (Hybrid).


Shift Timings : 12PM -9PM/2PM -11 Pm.


Shift : 24x7 Support Environment.


Employment Type : Full-time.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage 24x7 global infrastructure operations, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.

- Mentor and guide a team of SME engineers across IT domains (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Networking, etc.

- Act as process owner for Level 2 Support & Event Management; ensure ITIL process alignment (Incident, Problem, Change, Event).

- Drive technical transitions and upskilling initiatives across infrastructure domains.

- Provide technical and functional issue resolution; ensure minimal business disruption.

- Identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and implement process improvements.

- Maintain documentation of transitions and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

- Prepare dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational health.

- Perform capacity planning, workload prioritization, and resource management.

- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.

- Support budgeting activities (OPEX & CAPEX) and contribute to IT strategy planning.


Technical Expertise:


- Infrastructure: Windows Server (20122019), Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Microsoft 365.

- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix VDI, Horizon.

- Cloud: Azure & AWS administration, Cloud architecture and migration experience.

- Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog.

- Security & Access: SSO, Okta, Microsoft MFA.

- Patch Management: SCCM, WSUS.

- Automation: Working knowledge of Ansible, Chef, Puppet.

- ITSM Tools: ServiceNow strong understanding of ITIL practices.

- Networking: Solid grasp of data center architecture, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and interfaces.

- Disaster Recovery: Understanding of BCP and DR solutions.

- Reporting: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, KPI dashboards.
