Job Title : Network Lead Administrator / Techno Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Network & Security Professional with strong expertise in Enterprise Networking, SD-WAN, Data Center Infrastructure, Wireless Technologies, and Network Security.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing large-scale network environments across multi-vendor platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, configure, and support Enterprise LAN/WAN and Data Center Networks.

- Manage and troubleshoot routing and switching environments across Cisco and Aruba platforms.

- Implement and support Wireless Infrastructure including WLCs and Access Points (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper).

- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Versa, Velocloud, Fortinet, Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN, HPE Aruba EdgeConnect).

- Configure and support Network Security solutions including Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 LTM/GTM Load Balancers.

- Lead network migration, transformation, and greenfield deployment projects.

- Perform network capacity planning, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Troubleshoot complex L3/L4 network issues and provide RCA documentation.

- Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams for solution implementation.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and operational best practices.

- Support critical incidents and provide technical leadership for major outages.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, HSRP, VRRP).

- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba Enterprise Networking solutions.

- Strong Wireless Networking experience (WLC, AP deployment, RF troubleshooting).

- Experience with SD-WAN deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.

- Expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM).

- Hands-on experience in Data Center networking technologies.

- Experience with at least one niche technology :

1. Cisco ACI

2. VMware NSX

3. Software Defined Networking (SDN)

4. Cisco SDA

5. Cisco DNAC

Preferred Skills :

- Greenfield network design and migration experience.

- Network automation and scripting exposure.

- ITIL-based operational support experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- CCNP Enterprise

- Aruba Certified Network Architect / Professional

- Palo Alto Certifications (PCNSA/PCNSE) Added Advantage
