Role Summary :

The Network Infrastructure Manager will lead the design, operations, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructures across global environments. This role oversees the Cisco?based LAN/WAN ecosystem, SD?WAN deployments, and network operations while collaborating with architecture, security, and cloud teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end to-end network infrastructure operations across global enterprise environments.

- Manage and optimize Cisco LAN, WAN, and SDWAN environments.

- Oversee network performance, capacity planning, uptime, and reliability KPIs.

- Partner with architecture and engineering teams on network design enhancements.

- Drive automation and process improvements within Network Operations.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and governance requirements.

- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes for network services.

- Manage vendor engagements, service providers, and global field services.

- Provide leadership, mentoring, and workload management for network operations teams.

Must?Have Qualifications :


- 812+ years of experience in large's cale enterprise Network Infrastructure & Operations.

- Strong hands?on experience in Cisco LAN, WAN, and Cisco SD?WAN (Viptela/Meraki).

- Experience managing network operations in 24x7 global environments.

- Expertise in routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, ACLs, network security fundamentals.

- Strong exposure to network monitoring, ITIL processes, and automation tools.

- Proven experience leading teams or serving as a technical team lead.

Nice to Have :


- CCNP or CCIE certification.

- Experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Exposure to Zero Trust models, SASE, or SD?Access.
