Network Engineer/Senior Engineer

About the Role :

We are hiring experienced Network Engineers for a leading Global Asset Management GCC based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and secure network operations, troubleshooting complex issues, managing implementations, and driving end-to-end ownership of critical incidents and their resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and monitor network operations, ensuring consistent uptime and performance.

- Handle troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical network issues.

- Manage user requests and support ad-hoc network enhancements.

- Collaborate with global teams for network implementation and change management.

- Ensure network security and compliance with organizational standards.

- Maintain detailed documentation of network infrastructure, configurations, and incident logs.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience managing Routers and Switches (Cisco, Aruba, Cisco Nexus).

- Expertise in Aruba Wireless, Aruba SD-WAN, and ClearPass.

- Working knowledge of Firewalls (Palo Alto) and IP networking technologies.

- Proven ability in managing network security platforms and resolving complex network issues.

- Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE will be an added advantage.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with Load Balancers (F5) or Proxy solutions (Zscaler, Netskope).

- Familiarity with Cisco Nexus ACI and VMware NSX.

- Exposure to Aruba ClearPass, F5, and Netskope Proxies.

Additional Requirements :

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows, SNMP, and Active Directory.

- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage critical situations calmly.
