Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer (L2/L3) to manage, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, and VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring network availability, performance, security, and troubleshooting complex network issues in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, and wireless devices.

- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security.

- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, and NAT configurations.

- Deploy, configure, and support VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions.

- Perform L2/L3 network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity, routing, and switching issues.

- Configure and manage routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and VLANs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.

- Maintain network documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration backups.

- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and on-call support as required.

Required Skills :

- Cisco Certification :

1. L2 : CCNP Certified

2. L3 : CCNP or CCIE Certified

- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, and Wireless Devices.

- Expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls, including security policy management and VPN configurations.

- Experience with VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN deployment and administration.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and QoS.

- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise data center and campus networking environments.

- Knowledge of network automation tools such as Ansible or Python scripting.

- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience working in ITIL-based support environments and Agile methodologies.

- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
