Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage enterprise-grade switches and routers to ensure optimal traffic flow and network reliability for all business units.
- Monitor network performance using advanced Network Management Systems to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact end-users.
- Execute routine network administration tasks, including firmware updates and configuration backups, to maintain a secure and compliant infrastructure.
What We're Looking For :
- 2- 3 years of experience in Network Switching & Routing
- Aruba or Cisco or Juniper Certification Preferred
- Strong knowledge of VLANs & Trunking (802.1Q), STP / RSTP / MSTP, Inter-VLAN Routing, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP and ACLs
- Experience with BGP, OSPF, Wireshark, and Network Troubleshooting
- Hands-on expertise in Aruba Wireless, Mobility Controllers, and Aruba Central
- AP provisioning & adoption, SSID creation & mapping, RF optimization.
