Role Overview :

As a Network Engineer at Sysmind, you will serve as a critical architect and operator of our clients' enterprise-grade network environments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across distributed systems. Working closely with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders, you will translate complex business requirements into high-performance network designs, troubleshoot intricate connectivity issues, and drive the implementation of security protocols to safeguard critical data assets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable network architectures that support high-traffic enterprise environments and ensure seamless business continuity.

- Configure and manage complex routing and switching protocols to optimize data flow and minimize latency across global network segments.

- Deploy and maintain robust firewall and VPN solutions to protect internal assets and facilitate secure remote access for distributed teams.

- Monitor network health and performance using industry-standard tools to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact operations.

- Execute comprehensive troubleshooting procedures using packet analysis tools like Wireshark to diagnose and rectify intermittent connectivity or security vulnerabilities.

- Manage VLAN configurations and network segmentation to enhance security posture and improve traffic management across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Network Architecture and the ability to design secure, fault-tolerant systems for large-scale enterprise environments.

- Advanced proficiency in Routing & Switching, with a deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols and their application in complex network topologies.

- Proven capability in managing Network Security through the configuration of Firewalls, VPNs, and secure VLAN implementations.

- Strong analytical skills in Network Administration and the ability to utilize Network Monitoring Tools to maintain 99.9% uptime.

- Hands-on experience with packet-level troubleshooting using Wireshark to resolve deep-seated network performance issues.

- Possession of a valid CCNP certification, reflecting a high level of technical competency and commitment to professional standards.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical constraints and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and internal teams.

- Ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of self-discipline and accountability while managing multiple project timelines.
