Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reliable, secure, and high-performing network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and high-performance network systems.

- Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal operation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with minimal downtime.

- Implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.

- Conduct regular network assessments and generate performance reports.

- Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and hardware/software rollouts.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.

- Ensure data integrity, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support application and system integration.

- Develop and enforce network policies, standards, and best practices.

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Analyze network usage and optimize performance, capacity, and cost efficiency.

- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and end users as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).

- Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

- Familiarity with network security practices and compliance standards.

- Experience in configuring and managing enterprise network infrastructure.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.

- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
