Key Responsibilities :

Network Operations Management :

- Assist in configuring and maintaining Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Perform basic network provisioning and configuration changes as per guidelines.

- Monitor network performance using network management tools.

- Perform initial troubleshooting of network issues and escalate to L2/L3 support as needed.

- Provide first-level support for network-related incidents.

- Document network issues, solutions, and processes accurately.

- Assist in implementing network security policies and procedures.

- Support firewall rule management and network security practices.

- Work closely with senior network engineers and other IT teams to support network projects.

- Participate in network deployment and upgrade projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Basic knowledge of Juniper (Junos OS) and Cisco (IOS/NX-OS) network devices.

- Understanding of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).

- Familiarity with switching technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP, Virtual Chassis).

Certifications :

- Preferred : JNCIA (Juniper Networks Certified Associate) and/or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).

Soft Skills :

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
