Network Engineer - Aruba Wireless

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy scalable Aruba wireless solutions to ensure high-density coverage and optimal performance across our office locations.

- Manage complex routing and switching configurations to maintain a stable and resilient network backbone for critical business operations.

- Implement advanced network security protocols to safeguard organizational data and ensure compliance with global security standards.

- Monitor network health using enterprise-grade Network Management Systems to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks before they impact end-users.

What We're Looking For :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Networking

- Hands-on expertise in Aruba Wireless, Switching, and SD-WAN solutions

- Experience with Aruba Central for network management and monitoring

- Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass (NAC) and network access control technologies

- Strong understanding of network implementation, operations, and troubleshooting

Qualifications :

- BE(Mandatory)

- Experience in enterprise network deployment and support environments

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
