- Automate repetitive network configuration tasks by developing and deploying Ansible playbooks to reduce manual intervention and human error.
- Provision and manage network infrastructure components in Azure through Terraform, ensuring consistent environment parity and rapid deployment cycles.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices to standardize DNS record management and network policy enforcement across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with security stakeholders to harden DNS infrastructure against DDoS attacks and unauthorized access, maintaining compliance with global data protection standards.
- Troubleshoot complex network latency and resolution issues, providing root cause analysis to improve overall system performance and user experience.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise-grade DNS solutions, specifically Infoblox and Vercara UltraDNS, with a deep understanding of DNSSEC and traffic management.
- Proven ability to script and automate network workflows using Ansible and Python, showcasing a strong commitment to DevOps principles and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience in orchestrating cloud infrastructure within Azure, utilizing Terraform to build scalable, repeatable, and version-controlled environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical network strategies to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing high-pressure incidents in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a professional, collaborative approach to working within a hybrid-office model in Kolkata.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior engineers while maintaining a high standard of documentation and architectural integrity.
