Description :
- Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Handle hardware repairs, replacements, and new device setups
- Support Windows, macOS, Office 365 & productivity tools
- Manage tickets, escalations & adhere to SLAs
- Coordinate with remote teams & vendors
- Provide on-call support if required
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in Desktop/Network/Field Support
- Strong Windows/Mac troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN
- Experience with hardware & network device handling
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
Location : South Australia (SA) - Onsite at client locations
