Network Architect - SDWAN

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise network solutions, including High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), and Bill of Materials (BoM).

- Drive end-to-end SD-WAN transition and transformation projects, ensuring seamless implementation and performance optimization.

- Own network design and implementation activities, including budgeting, milestone tracking, forecasting, and estimation aligned with KPIs of Time, Cost, and Quality.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, deployment models, and industry trends to continuously enhance service offerings.

- Provide technical leadership across a wide range of domains including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless networking, AI-driven networking, network automation and programmability, cloud infrastructure, and digital workplace solutions.

- Lead technical discussions with customers, translating business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.

- Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality assurance of all technical deliverables and designs.

- Manage service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and continuous improvement of services.

- Oversee partner and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with delivery goals and organizational standards.

- Drive resource planning and mobilization to support project and operational requirements.

- Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and quality benchmarks.

- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP responses, bids, and outsourcing strategies.

- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal market units.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong technical expertise across digital infrastructure technologies.

- Proven experience in enterprise network design and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions and large-scale transformation programs.

- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and digital workplace technologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in service delivery, vendor management, and pre-sales engagements.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
