Network & Infrastructure Lead - Routing & Switching

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure Lead to oversee the organizations IT infrastructure, network operations, and system availability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure, cloud environments, server systems, and security frameworks.

This role requires strong leadership skills along with deep technical expertise in networking, infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end management of enterprise network and infrastructure operations.

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and data center networks.

- Manage server infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems.

- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience.

- Monitor network performance, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.

- Lead infrastructure projects including migrations, upgrades, cloud adoption, and modernization initiatives.

- Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and network security controls.

- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Troubleshoot critical network and infrastructure issues and lead root cause analysis.

- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, procurement, and infrastructure budgeting.

- Lead and mentor network/system administrators and infrastructure engineers.

- Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
