Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst (3+ years) with proven expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and cloud-based analytics to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions.

This role combines advanced analytical capabilities with business intelligence expertise to optimize decision-making, enhance system interoperability, and drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives across the telecom, IT, networking, and AI domains.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets (customer, sales, network, and product data) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align data with organizational goals.

- Build predictive models and apply statistical techniques to forecast business outcomes and detect anomalies.

- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency through validation and cleaning processes.

- Contribute to data pipeline optimization, ETL workflows, and cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Translate analytical findings into recommendations to improve customer experience, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in telecom, IT, or related industries).

- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.

- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Experience working with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and large-scale datasets.

- Clear understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud analytics.

- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to machine learning techniques (clustering, regression, classification, anomaly detection).

- Familiarity with network/telecom datasets, IoT, or time-series data.

- Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).

- Knowledge of geospatial data and related tools (QGIS, ArcGIS).

- Certification in Data Analytics or BI platforms (Google, Microsoft, AWS, etc.
