Role Overview :

Were looking for a Backend Engineer (Go Developer) to join our high-performance Engineering team. If youre passionate about solving complex technical challenges, building systems that scale to millions of users, and working with cutting-edge technologies, this is the right opportunity for you.

What Were Looking For :

- 3 - 5 years of experience developing high-scale internet applications or API-driven services.

- Strong experience with Go (Golang) as a primary language.

- Exposure to real-time, high-scale architectures.

- Hands-on with messaging/queueing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

- Experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kubernetes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Passion for tackling challenges in real-time, distributed systems.

- Preferrably from SaaS/Product based/Martech/deep tech orgs or startups.

- Exposure to AI tools is huge plus.
