We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development of our platform, built on a modern technology stack with Azure cloud services.

The role involves guiding technical direction, ensuring high-quality delivery, and mentoring the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions across backend, frontend, and ML/AI systems.

- Architecture : Define and maintain system architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Mentorship : Mentor and support engineering teams, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- Coding Standards : Establish coding standards, review code, and ensure adherence to quality and maintainability practices.

- API Design : Design and manage RESTful APIs, serverless functions, and messaging systems for service integration.

- Security Measures : Implement security measures, manage identities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proficiency in C#/.NET, Node.js, and Python.

- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, App Service, SQL Database, and Key Vault.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Expertise in ReactJS and related libraries (React Router, Axios, Redux/Context API).

- Experience in building and maintaining UI component libraries.

- Familiarity with frontend build tools and version control systems.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, serverless functions, and messaging systems (Azure Service Bus).

- Experience with managed identities and secure service-to-service communication.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
