Job Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned SSIS & SSRS Developer with deep expertise in SQL Server technologies and Azure data services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining ETL workflows, developing reporting solutions, and managing data migration across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Develop and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.

- Migrate and transform data from on-premises systems to Azure SQL and Azure Data Lake.

- Create and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).

- Develop stored procedures, views, functions, and indexing strategies in SQL Server and Azure SQL.

- Implement and support data backup, restoration, and archival processes.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather ETL and reporting requirements.

- Monitor ETL jobs, resolve data quality issues, and optimize performance.

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security during migrations and transfers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SSIS and SSRS development.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.

- Experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Data Factory.

- Skilled in handling large datasets and optimizing ETL processes.

- Understanding of data quality and governance principles.

- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, or similar tools for version control and task tracking.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Power BI, Python, or other scripting languages.

- Background in financial services, healthcare, or retail data environments.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for SSIS/ADF deployments.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Microsoft certification in Azure Data Engineering or SQL Server is a plus.
