Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core, SQL Server, and a good understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Apply strong object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, including stored procedures and complex queries.

- Review code, establish development best practices, and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.

- Collaborate with product, business, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Contribute to application modernization and cloud adoption initiatives using Azure or other cloud platforms.

- Mentor developers and support technical capability development within the team.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 9+ years of professional experience in .NET development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures and query optimization.

- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms is preferred.

- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Prior experience in a technical leadership role with the ability to guide and mentor development teams.
