Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Tech Lead with strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core, SQL Server, and Azure. The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background, excellent understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns, and the ability to provide technical leadership while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC/Core.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.

- Design and develop robust, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.

- Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to application development.

- Work with SQL Server, including developing stored procedures and optimizing database queries.

- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Contribute to technical design and architectural discussions.

- Work with Azure or other cloud platforms as required.

- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Tech Stack : C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core, SQL Server, Azure, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of professional experience in .NET development.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and query optimization.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively as a technical lead within a development team.
