Role Overview :

As a .NET + React Developer at Krazy Mantra HR Solutions, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality code. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal systems and client-facing solutions, contributing to improved user experiences and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, and Entity Framework to meet business requirements.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions, contributing to a stable and reliable application.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate React.js components with back-end APIs, delivering a cohesive and user-friendly experience.

- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to coding standards, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both front-end and back-end systems to resolve production incidents and maintain application stability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and code quality.

- Manage and maintain code repositories using GitHub, ensuring proper version control and collaboration.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing web applications using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework.

- Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.

- Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, including component-based architecture and state management.

- Experience with writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
