About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules to design, develop, and integrate enterprise-grade applications and extensions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET frameworks, RESTful APIs, and Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, along with experience in integrating and customizing Oracle Cloud solutions for HR and business operations.

This role combines hands-on technical development with cross-functional collaboration, requiring both backend engineering skills and enterprise application integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development & Integration :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework, integrating with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment, etc.

- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs, web services, and middleware components for HCM data exchange.

- Develop custom extensions, integrations, and connectors for Oracle Cloud using APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Implement data transformations and synchronization between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.

- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards by leveraging Oracle HCM data.

Technical Design & Architecture :

- Participate in requirements analysis, system design, and technical documentation.

- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Collaborate with architects and Oracle functional consultants to define technical integration patterns and standards.

- Ensure security, performance, and reliability of integrations and applications.

Testing, Deployment & Support :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance support for developed solutions.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD deployment in cloud or hybrid environments.

- Provide post-deployment support and maintenance, including issue resolution and performance tuning.

- Document integration workflows, technical configurations, and deployment procedures.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

- 510 years of experience in .NET development and enterprise application integration.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules or Oracle Fusion Applications.

Technical Skills :

- C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, LINQ, and Entity Framework.

- RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, WSDL, and XSLT transformations.

- Hands-on experience with modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, or Talent Management.

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle BI Publisher, or HCM Extracts.

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with experience in Oracle Database and query optimization.

- HTML5, JavaScript, React, or Angular for portal or dashboard development.

- Familiarity with Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Git, CI/CD, and Docker
