Role Overview:

.NET Developer with strong Azure and Terraform experience to build and run the cloud-native backend services that power our AI agents and enterprise integrations. This is a hands-on role: you will write production C# code, and you also own how that code gets provisioned, deployed, and operated in Azure.

You will design and ship scalable APIs on .NET, define the Azure infrastructure behind them as code with Terraform, and automate delivery through CI/CD. You will work closely with engineers, QA, and product to take features from design to production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C#, .NET 6/7/8, and ASP.NET Core.

- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure using services such as App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Storage, and Key Vault.

- Write and maintain reusable Terraform modules to provision and manage Azure infrastructure, including remote state, workspaces, and environment promotion.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, including automated Terraform plan/apply workflows.

- Develop microservices and event-driven architectures that are secure, well-documented, and built to scale.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.

- Apply security best practices: managed identities, RBAC, secrets management, and network security.

- Troubleshoot production issues across code and infrastructure, and optimize performance and cloud cost.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with C# and .NET, with a genuine hands-on development background.

- Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ, and comfort writing and reviewing production code today.

- Hands-on production experience with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure SQL or Cosmos DB.

- Practical Terraform experience: writing modules, managing remote state, workspaces, and variables for Azure environments.

- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and working fluently with Git.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and design patterns (SOLID, dependency injection, repository).

- Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases, Docker, and strong communication skills.

- Azure/Terraform certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, Terraform Associate); AKS and Helm; API Management, Event Grid, Entra ID (OAuth2/OIDC); xUnit/Moq; Checkov or tfsec.
