Role Overview :

As a Senior Dot Net Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications, serving as a technical anchor for our engineering team. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and system architects, to translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable code. Your contributions will directly influence the performance and reliability of our platforms, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains agile and capable of supporting our growing user base across our Indore, Pune, and Delhi NCR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance web applications using .Net Core and ASP.Net to ensure seamless functionality for end-users.

- Design and optimize complex database schemas and stored procedures in SQL Server to maintain data integrity and system efficiency.

- Build and maintain RESTful services and WCF integrations to facilitate smooth communication between disparate enterprise systems.

- Lead the end-to-end SDLC process, from initial requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.

- Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate Javascript-based interfaces with robust back-end logic, enhancing the overall user experience.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the team.

- Implement efficient data access layers using Entity Framework and LINQ to streamline application performance and reduce latency.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development within the .Net ecosystem, demonstrating a deep understanding of C# and modern framework capabilities.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in T-SQL for complex query optimization and database management within high-traffic environments.

- Exhibit strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical bottlenecks within distributed systems.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a transparent and productive work environment.

- Adapt seamlessly to Agile methodologies, contributing to iterative development cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintain a high level of proficiency in Visual Studio and related development tools to maximize productivity and code maintainability.

- Show a proactive approach to learning and implementing emerging technologies to keep our technical stack competitive and secure.

- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid or distributed team structure across our regional offices in Indore, Pune, and Delhi NCR.
