Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of complex .NET applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance, and security standards for critical business operations.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define technical requirements, estimate efforts, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet strategic objectives.

- Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native patterns (Azure/AWS), to optimize development cycles and deployment efficiency.

Required Skillset :
