.Net Azure Backend Developer

Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Azure Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET/.NET Core, Azure PaaS services, and backend integration patterns, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and testability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using .NET / .NET Core

- Build and manage RESTful APIs using Azure Functions and integrate them with Azure API Management (APIM)

- Implement event-driven and queue-based integrations using Azure Service Bus

- Develop and manage data integrations with Azure SQL Database and other data sources

- Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions using Azure best practices

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on unit testing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core backend development

- Extensive experience with Azure PaaS services, including :

1. Azure Functions

2. Azure API Management (APIM)

3. Azure Service Bus

4. Azure SQL Database

- Proven experience in REST API development and integration

- Strong understanding of API integrations, data integrations, and asynchronous/queue-based architectures

- Expertise in unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices

Additional Technical Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)

- Knowledge of Azure security concepts, authentication, and authorization

- Familiarity with microservices architecture

- Experience with logging, monitoring, and diagnostics in Azure

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of backend components

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams
