Role Overview :

As a .Net Architect at Patch Infotech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable software solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework.

You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, performance, and maintainability of our applications, ultimately contributing to the success of our client projects and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures using .NET technologies for our clients.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and application performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Contribute to the development of architectural documentation and best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex software architectures using .NET, C#, and related technologies.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and architectural principles.

- Experience with Xamarin for cross-platform mobile application development is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
