Nest.js Developer - Node.js

Description :

Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop scalable NestJS microservices.

- Develop and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL.

- Build and maintain modern, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js / Next.js / Angular (based on stack).

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.

- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and guide best practices.

- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the application.

- Work with containerized environments (Docker) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

Requirements :

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in NestJS and the Node.js ecosystem.

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL (query optimization, schema design, etc.).

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS).

- Experience with frontend frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Angular.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication methods (JWT, OAuth).

- Proficiency in using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with event-driven architectures and CQRS.

- Familiarity with TypeORM/Prisma.

- Knowledge of Kubernetes or serverless functions.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
