We are hiring an experienced NestJS Backend Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems. This is a contractual, onsite role requiring strong technical leadership and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead backend architecture and development using NestJS & Node.js

- Define technical standards, best practices, and system design

- Build and govern RESTful / GraphQL APIs

- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams

- Mentor engineers, review code, and ensure delivery quality

- Optimize performance, scalability, and system reliability

Required Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript

- Proven experience leading backend teams or acting as a tech lead

- Microservices architecture and API design expertise

- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases

- Knowledge of Redis, caching, and messaging systems

- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
