Neebal Technology - Senior Java Software Engineer - Spring Frameworks

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team for one of our internationation client into Banking Sector .

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java and related technologies, with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

You will be responsible for leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring code quality and architecture standards are met.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure best coding practices, code reviews, and unit testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.

- Mentor and guide junior developers.

- Participate in architectural and design discussions.

- Stay up to date with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).

- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and JSON/XML.

- Proficient in JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker.

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

- Working knowledge of frontend integration (Angular/React) is an added advantage.
